Force-saving yet efficient process of heavy rollable loads such as Car trailers (not tandem/multi-axle trailers) turn out brilliantly with the 1000kg BASIC electric trugger from Staplerlift Single-axle trailers or trailers with two fixed wheels and two steering wheels are ideal for moving. Tight cornering with trailers that have two closely spaced axles is not recommended due to the increased ground friction values. Using the simple hook system, this electric trugger optimally absorbs the load to be pulled or pushed and makes it possible to transport it to its destination in your operation.

The load to be processed can be easily picked up using the hook system, in which the device is tilted forward in front of the load to be processed and then moved below the point where the load is picked up. Now the hook system can pick up the load directly by tilting the tug back again. At 3-6 km/h, the picked-up, rollable goods can be transported within the company in a power-saving manner; thankts to the pneumatic-tyred drive wheels, this can also be done on slightly uneven surfaces such as e.g. Asphalt or paved floor possible. In continuous operation, the 1000 kg BASIC electric trugger from Staplerlift can be used for up to 5 hours before it needs to be recharged for approximately 10-12 hours using the external charger.
In logistical use, this model also impresses with a high degree of flexibility. Thus, the loading-bearing point of 120 mm to 240 mm can be adjusted as required, and the hook system can be replaced by the optionally available bolt coupling. If the device fails during use due to a low battery level, the electric trugger can be used for manual operation by changing the clutch. This allows the device to be moved without problems even when not in use, when it needs to be moved away quickly due to space constraints.
