Payment & Shipping
The following conditions apply in our online shops
1. Shipping methods
We ship the products we offer as parcel service or forwarding shipments. We offer various optional additional shipping services, which you can find under point 3 Shipping costs.
By default, the delivery of forwarding shipments takes place at the specified goods acceptance times. The shipping service provider requires a time window or a period of at least four hours per working day for delivery by a forwarding agent. If acceptance times are specified, no further contact will be made with the shipping company.
In the case of forwarding shipments without specified goods acceptance times, the responsible shipping service provider will suggest a delivery period to the buyer by e-mail (electronic notification). This can be changed by the recipient by contacting the shipping service provider. If the buyer does not respond to the e-mail from the shipping service provider with the proposed delivery period, the delivery will be scheduled for this proposed delivery period. The carrier will not contact the customer by telephone.
If the recipient of a freight forwarding consignment wishes to give the responsible shipping service provider permission to leave the delivery in a place specified by them - in the garage, for example, in front of the front door or under the carport - a completed drop-off authorisation from the freight forwarding service provider is mandatory. The relevant form can be provided by us by e-mail on request.
2. Shipping Area
Free delivery is limited to the following domestic areas, with the exception of islands:
- for Staplerlift.de: Germany
- for Staplerlift.at: Austria
3. Shipping costs
In principle, we do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within Germany and Austria (except islands). This does not apply to optional additional services such as:
- Fixed date deliveries by telephone agreement with the responsible shipping service provider for forwarding shipments: On request, a fixed delivery date can be agreed for forwarding shipments. This delivery date will be announced to the buyer by the responsible shipping service provider in advance by telephone (telephone notification). This additional service incurs an additional charge of €25.00.
- Announcement or contact with the driver of the responsible shipping service provider: On request, the driver can be contacted approx. 30 minutes before the planned delivery of forwarding shipments (driver notification). This short notice allows the goods receiving department to prepare for delivery within its specified goods receiving times. There is an additional charge of €5.00 for this additional service.
- Delivery costs to other countries on request. We also offer optional additional services for deliveries to Austria and other European countries on request.
- Without further notice, deliveries will be made at the specified goods acceptance times. The shipping company will not contact you; your e-mail address or telephone number will not be passed on to the shipping service provider.
4. Accepted payment methods
In our online shops, we offer our buyers the following payment methods to choose from:
- Payment in advance
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by Klarna
- Payment by credit card
- Payment by invoice (only for public institutions)
Payment by invoice agreed in advance will only be authorised after a successful credit check. If we make advance payment, e.g. payment on account, you authorise us to pass on your data to Crif Bürgel GmbH, Friesenweg 4, 22763 Hamburg, Germany, for the purpose of a credit check on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures. We reserve the right to refuse you the payment method on account as a result of the credit check.
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.
