The Forklift Truck with starting aid STANDARD from Staplerlift facilitates the energy-efficient handling of uneven surfaces such as bumps or loading ramps during logistical transport tasks during operation. Designed to accommodate Euro pallets and wire mesh boxes with a maximum weight of 2500 kg, the integrated starting aid allows the operator to easily approach and negotiate uneven surfaces and speed bumps - which in turn saves valuable time and effort during logistical work.

Both in an unloaded condition and under full load after receiving palletized goods with a maximum weight of 2500 kg, unevenness such as heels or sleepers are struck at loading ramps. The foot pedal is used to activate the starting aid depending on the direction of travel. For driving without starting aid, the foot pedal is always in the initial position "M" - in this pedal position the pallet truck can be moved in both directions. When the pedal position "V" is selected, the start-up ais is activated forward. By lowering and then lifting the drawbar, the starting aid creates a forward movement - thus, sleepers and unevenness can be easilyapproached and crossed. The procedure when driving over backwards follows the same principle - for this purpose, only the position "R" is selected on the foot pedal. In the pedal positions "V" and "R" driving operation is only possible in the respective direction.
Whether on level roads or on transport routes with heels and unevenness on the driving surface - a variety of obstacles can be overcome efficiently and with minimal effort using the forklift truck with standard starting aid from Staplerlift.
Please note:
- To handle small ramps, the pallet truck may only be driven uphill when loaded
- For the steering wheels, the maximum obstacle height under load may be 8 mm, for the fork rollers this is 3 mm
