The stainless steel EX PLUS+ pallet truck from Staplerlift is the ideal solution for transporting palletised goods in potentially explosive areas of industrial plants or in the pharmaceutical industry and is certified in accordance with the ATEX 2014/34/EU directive. Thanks to the coated stainless steel surface in accordance with AISI 304, this pallet truck can be used for transport tasks of all kinds in zones 1 and 2 (gas) and 21 and 22 (dust) in accordance with the ATEX definition. This makes this pallet truck model particularly suitable for use in gas, oil or paint-processing industries.

Thanks to the special features to fulfil the ATEX 2014/34/EU directive, this pallet truck is ideally equipped for use in potentially explosive areas such as petrol filling (zones 1 and 2) or grain silos (zones 21 and 22). Thanks to an electrically conductive steering wheel and a chain attached to the chassis, the stainless steel pallet truck prevents electrostatic charging, making it suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The pallet truck is operated using the smooth-running steering and pump tiller, which is also used to lift the pallets to be transported. To lower pallets, the operating lever must be pulled; the lowering process can be regulated as required depending on the pulling force.

This pallet truck model is not suitable for transporting pallet cages, iron pallets or similar load carriers.
