The STANDARD pallet chassis with connection bar from Staplerlift is designed for use with a tow tractor or as a train of multiple units, enabling the efficient transport of Euro pallets and mesh boxes within the facility. Made of powder-coated structural steel, the pallet roller is designed for a maximum load of 1000 kg and, thanks to the connecting rod, enables the transport of heavy palletized loads, e.g., with a ride-on electric tow tractor. Especially when using multiple interconnected pallet chassis, a wide range of logistical applications becomes possible.

Up to 5 pallet trolleys can be connected into a tugger train using the connection rod; an electric tugger with front-wheel steering can be used as the tractor unit. In this configuration, the trolleys enable the time-saving and efficient transport of Euro pallets and Euro mesh boxes, even over longer distances within the facility. Thanks to the coupling system and high-quality nylon tires, optimal directional stability is guaranteed at all times during operation.
As a practical transport solution, several interconnected pallet rollers in a tugger train are suitabe, for example, for supplying parts and components to assembly lines. However, even a single pallet chassis, for example when used with a manually operated electric tow tractor, allows for the convenient handling of heavy individual loads when longer distances need to be covered in warehouse, logistics, or production areas. When not in use, the pallet chassis can be secured against unintentional rolling away using parking brakes on both nylon swivel casters.
